New Paintings

I began this series of paintings in 2022 after a few difficult years globally and personally. I know that what held me through those dark times was the consistency of my yoga and my art practice. 

This Heart Chakra Pods series emerged from a deep sense of gratitude for having spiritual practice at the centre of my life.

The work is inspired by yoga philosophy and will feature in my upcoming book "Philosophy on the Mat" and an exhibition of my paintings in Sydney TBA.
