Yoga Educator,
Author & Artist

Yoga has been my anchor for over 25 years, providing me with peace and stability amidst life's ever-changing tides. In addition to my passion for art and writing, I feel blessed to embrace my Dharma and follow my bliss.

Currently, I am fully engaged in two creative endeavors. First, I am diligently working on a book "Philosophy on the mat" launching in early 2024. It will equip you with practical, accessible, and student-oriented approaches to teaching yoga philosophy.
Simultaneously, I am pouring my heart into a series of paintings "Heart Chakra Pods" that resonate with my teaching, writing and practice. I am working towards a solo show.

I am reopening my books for new coaching clients in 2024 with only a few available time slots. I have slashed my prices by half in response to the cost of living crisis. Book in now if you need support and guidance with your teaching and/or business.

I hold deep respect for the enduring and profound connection to country of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. With utmost reverence, I acknowledge the Gadigal and Cammeraygal as the traditional custodians of the land, sea, and sky on which I live and work.
In tribute to the wisdom of the Elders, both past and present, I consider it a great privilege to teach on this sacred land. My aspiration is that my work contributes to the healing and wellbeing of all.
May the words, thoughts and actions of my own life contribute in some meaningful way to the freedom and happiness for all without exception.
